I have been blessed with a wonderful Godly life filled with awesome adventures! I am now residing in Alpine, TX, one haus down from my Kindrz. I work part-time at the Alpine Visitor Center. In 2019 I served a one year remote deployment to Turkey, returning in 2020 to resume my post as the Museum Curator for Dyess AFB, Abilene, Texas. Turkey is the eighth county where I lived, all courtesy of the USAF. At Dyess AFB I operated a sweet Air Force heritage center (museum) and maintain 34 static aircraft. For twenty years I was an Historian/Museum Curator for the USAF. I was stationed at Hill AFB, Utah among the LDS-Mormanville people. They graciously accepted my presence. I was also stuck living in Haupstuhl, Germany for five years -- yes, sometimes we have to make sacrifices for the good of the nation and planet Earth. The USAF deployed me to Qatar, Krygyzstan, and Afghanistan to document the war history.
While in Turkey, I escorted several Airmen and civilians to the town of Tarsus, hometown of St Paul. I baptized 10 Airmen at the St Paul's Well. My life began in the Phillipenes. I also lived in Pakistan as a child. I was a paralegal in SA for 20 years, then retired to do whatever God continues to led me.
I graduated from SWSTU, commisssioned a 2d Lt in the USAF, went to pilot training at Laughlin AFB, Del Rio, Texas, injured in a parachute incident, and was discharge from active duty. I worked as a Legal Assistant for twenty years, then took off to complete three Master's degrees (SWTSU, Sul Ross SU). I also taught Social Studies to 5-8 Graders in Marathon, Texas.
My walk with god began as a Freshman at Mac via the Campus Life Burgerburn that they did when school started in the Fall and He and I have been on an awesome journey with most of my church-time involved in Children/Jr High Youth ministry. I am also a Girl Scout, serving in various capacities as an adult volunteer. Lately I have conducted Girl Scout Badge workshops.
