Barbara Henderson Strong

We met in a music group--we both play guitar. He is not a Mac grad. We married 03-25-17 and my name is now Barbara Henderson Strong.

After graduating from UTSA in 1978 I moved to Austin, and eventually Houston, working for the Comptroller of Public Accounts as an auditor. I retired from the State in 2010 and worked part time for a consulting company in Houston as a joint interest auditor until 2015. I'm completely retired now and enjoy playing guitar and singing in various open mics, hiking and spending time with my husband, Mike.

I remember playing my guitar and singing "Maggie May" (song by Rod Stewart) for my Spanish class at Mac. I still play that song 40+ years later!
